UNDERDAY styles are grouped into four protection levels so you can match the underwear to the day ahead.
- LIGHT — for spotting and light days.
- REGULAR — for typical flow days.
- HEAVY — for heavier flow days.
- NIGHT — for overnight wear.
Every product page lists its protection level. If you're between levels, choose the higher one.
